Vice President of Operations, Records

Theresa Cases is the Vice President of Operations, Records for U.S. Legal Support. She is responsible for all record retrieval operations nationally, ensuring timely delivery and an exceptional client experience.

In this role, she is responsible for supervising our robust digital infrastructure, launching process and delivery improvements through technology, delivering timely record retrieval through our Expediting Teams, and establishing and managing relations with our 1.1M+ providers. She also plays a critical role assisting the sales teams in winning important cases, specifically in the Mass Tort area.

Theresa is an accomplished leader who has been with U.S. Legal Support since 2011, having held a variety of roles within the organization. She originally started as a member of our Accounts Receivable department before being promoted to our National Accounts Billing Team where she played a critical role in building important client relationships.  In 2015, Theresa moved to our record retrieval division where she was an integral part of the expediting process and growth of this division. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations, Records, where she oversaw the entire Expediting Team and led multiple technology initiatives which streamlined service delivery and dramatically improved the quality of services for our clients.
