Executive Vice President of Sales, West

Shana brings over 30 years of legal industry experience to her role as the Executive Vice President of Sales, West at U.S. Legal Support. She has very deep roots in court reporting, having begun her career in 1994 as a Certified Shorthand Reporter where she excelled for many years before bringing her expertise to U.S. Legal Support in 2009.

Having worked with many of the leading law firms in the country on extremely complex matters, she is uniquely equipped to understand and meet clients’ needs while delivering exceptional service and leading continued organizational growth. Shana has a passion for fostering strong client and court reporter relationships, which coupled with her demonstrated expertise and leadership skills, has made her an effective and respected leader within the industry.

Shana has previously held numerous leadership roles at U.S. Legal Support, including leading the West sales division to record-breaking numbers as Division President and driving revenue by aligning sales, marketing, and customer experience as Chief Revenue Officer. She thrives on building high-performing teams and partnering cross-functionally with other departments, from Operations to Information Technology, to drive profitability and growth.

As a respected leader in the industry, Shana is known for her infectious enthusiasm, her ability to listen and arrive at creative solutions to seemingly intractable problems, and her hands-on expertise in the day-to-day work of all sales teams.
