At U.S. Legal Support, delivering exceptional service starts with our team behind the scenes. Meet one of our September SPARK Award winners, Kourtney, whose adaptability, attention to detail, and hands-on approach deliver the reliable support our clients count on every day. We caught up with Kourtney to learn more about her role, what she enjoys most about working at U.S. Legal Support, and the beverage she reaches for when it’s time to recharge.
Kourtney: ⌛💡⚠️✔️🤹🏻♀️
Kourtney: I work on the 72-hour Urgent Confirmations team. I make sure the jobs are entered correctly and make any necessary changes. I communicate with clients who need service updates, such as adding an interpreter, removing a videographer, and providing a remote link, etc.
Additionally, I do work with other departments when they need an extra set of hands. I currently have training and experience in three other departments outside of my title role, hence the juggling emoji.
Kourtney: I enjoy learning new things, working and connecting with people, and problem solving.
Kourtney: I enjoy a good hot chocolate or a hot honey tea.
Whether Kourtney is handling urgent updates, lending support across multiple departments, or tackling new challenges as they arise, she brings flexibility, organization, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does. Her willingness to learn, adapt, and help wherever she can is a great example of the dedication that helps U.S. Legal Support deliver exceptional service every day.
