Meet Cookie: Solving Challenges, Serving Clients, and Dreaming Big 

At U.S. Legal Support, the great service we’re known for starts with our people. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Cookie, a Team Lead in our Records Retrieval Division whose problem-solving mindset and passion for helping others earned her a place among our September SPARK Award Winners. We wanted to learn more about the person behind the award, so we dug into the lasting impact she makes at work and beyond. 

U.S. Legal Support (USLS) team: What’s your role, and what’s one thing you enjoy most about it? 

Cookie: I’m a Team Lead in the Records Retrieval division, where I oversee client communications and manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional service. What I enjoy most about my role is developing creative solutions and strategies to obtain records as quickly and efficiently as possible, helping to ensure our clients receive timely results. 

USLS team: If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be? 

Cookie: I would choose to become an expert in Information Technology, as I am interested in understanding and solving complex technical challenges. 

USLS team: What’s one thing on your bucket list, and why? 

Cookie: One of my long-term goals is to establish a farm that not only provides a home for a variety of animals but also serves as a supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. My vision is to create a community that offers private living spaces, access to showers, job skills training, and a cafeteria, while allowing residents to experience the companionship and therapeutic benefits of caring for animals.
