Centralized Billing

U.S. Legal Support’s centralized billing process significantly reduces the administrative time and expense associated with processing a large volume of separate invoices, as well as preventing duplicate payments. We coordinate all phases of the billing cycle, guaranteeing both accuracy and consistency of all invoicing. We can provide monthly statements and payments which allows national clients to manage their billing information. This practice also eliminates the administrative burden placed on clients when they receive individual invoices prepared by local companies.

Client Portal

The U.S. Legal Support secure online portal allows electronic access to records, deposition transcripts, status updates and invoices to both law firms and their corporate or insurance clients. This prevents duplication of orders and allows for transparency during the discovery process.

Management Reports

U.S. Legal Support prepares month-end reports for our national clients which detail all service activities. Upon request, this report can be sorted by law firm, file number, location, case name, date, witness name, business units or other requested fields. Our goal is to simplify our client’s discovery process.
