Fee structure
U.S. Legal Support has simplified the fee structure for court reporting and
record retrieval services. Our fee structure is designed to eliminate confusing
line item charges and offers cost savings on most standard charges.
We provide monthly statements for court reporting
and record retrieval. Each entry is itemized by
the service components necessary to complete your
assignment.
Centralized billings
U.S. Legal Support's centralized billing process significantly reduces the administrative
time and expense associated with processing a large volume of separate invoices,
as well as preventing duplicate payments. We coordinate all phases of the billing
cycle, guaranteeing both accuracy and consistency of all invoicing. This practice
also eliminates the administrative burden placed on clients when they receive
individual invoices prepared by local companies.
Monthly
statement and payment
A consolidated monthly statement and individual invoices are submitted to the
client based on all monthly activity. At the end of each quarter, U.S. Legal
Support provides clients the opportunity to audit their account. Payment to U.S.
Legal Support is requested 30 days from the statement date.
Management reports
After the monthly invoice process is completed, U.S. Legal Support prepares a
month-end report, which details all service activity. Upon request, this report
can be sorted by law firm, file number, location, case name, date, witness name,
business units or other requested fields.
Dedicated account managers
U.S. Legal Support will assign a dedicated account manager to your account to
streamline and simplify communication and respond promptly to your needs.
