U.S. Legal Support’s court reporting services include archival and retrieval of transcripts through an internet repository that is accessed by password I.D.  Our highly skilled deposition and trial reporters deliver accurate transcripts using state-of-the-art transcription methods including interactive realtime, instant rough drafts and daily copy.  We also offer videotaped depositions, video/text synchronization of transcripts, realtime via the internet and videoteleconferencing.  Transcripts may be delivered in E-transcript or ascii format for ease of importation into a variety of litigation support software programs such as Summation or Livenote.  We can provide several software options enabling you to conduct full-text searches of an entire case from transcripts, videos, exhibits and medical records to document production.  In addition, U.S. Legal Support is a certified reseller for Livenote, a litigation support software.

Scheduling
Scheduling and coordinating depositions is time consuming and often frustrating, particularly when depositions occur in multiple jurisdictions.  Compounding these issues are inconsistencies in quality, types of service, transcript delivery and pricing.

Scheduled depositions are assigned a confirmation number that expedites confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling of additional depositions for the same case.  Once a deposition is scheduled, each U.S. Legal Support office confirms with the legal department or law firm one day prior to its scheduled commencement.  Upon confirmation, our offices arrange for a court reporter to arrive at the deposition location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled deposition time.

Court Reporter Credentials
Each court reporter must present impeccable credentials to be considered as a reporter for U.S. Legal Support.  Proven court reporters must adhere to our rigorous standards of ethics, performance and professionalism.  Veteran reporters may be selected to become a “Preferred Court Reporter” upon a client’s request.

Transcripts
Transcripts may be requested on an instant or expedited basis.  In addition to standard hard copy delivery, transcripts can be delivered electronically in E-transcript or ascii format.
